This End User Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of SyncGuard (the “App”), a Shopify application operated by Infraexcel Private Limited, Lahore, Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using the App you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App with your Shopify store for as long as this Agreement is in effect. You may not sublicense, resell, or make the App available to any third party.
The App reads your Shopify orders and the invoices and sales receipts in the accounting system you connect, compares them, and emails you when a Shopify order has no matching accounting record. The App does not write to your accounting system. A fuller description is on the home page.
You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify store and accounting system accounts, for the accuracy of the records in them, and for reviewing the emails the App sends. The App is a supplementary check. It is not a substitute for your own bookkeeping, reconciliation, or professional accounting advice.
You agree not to misuse the App. In particular you agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, not to interfere with its operation, and not to use it to gain unauthorised access to any system, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will detect every mismatch between your Shopify orders and your accounting records.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App. Our total aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may end this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach this Agreement. On termination the licence granted to you ends, the App stops accessing your data, and stored data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we do, we will update the date below. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have where you reside.
