Disconnecting SyncGuard

This page is a placeholder that explains how a merchant disconnects SyncGuard.

Disconnect from Shopify

1. Log in to your Shopify admin.
2. Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
3. Find SyncGuard in the list.
4. Click Uninstall and confirm.

Uninstalling immediately revokes SyncGuard’s access to your Shopify orders.

Disconnect from your accounting system

Open the connected-apps or authorised-apps settings in your accounting system and revoke SyncGuard’s access there as well.

What happens to your data

After you disconnect, SyncGuard stops reading new data. Stored data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy, and in any case nothing is kept longer than 90 days.
